I am encountering a strange problem. I have .NET add in loaded and If i verify Swfwindow().SwfWindow().SWFtable().exists , it returns true but at the same time if I say Swfwindow().SwfWindow().SWFtable().GetCelldata(1,1 ) or Rowcount it displays error: "Object does not support this action". The script was working fine 15 days ago. Can someone please help? Thanks,
Make visible did not work. After spying on the object,it is now displaying SwfObject(gridconstituents) but as SwfObject does not support GetCelldata method then how can I retrieve the cell value. Please help. thanks
It seems strange that QTP used to see it as a swfTable and now only sees it as a swfObject.
So to be safe, have you made sure the proper .Net add-in is still active, and have you made sure that QTP is running before you launch your application, and that you're not set to record only on applications that QTP launches, and that you're not running your application on the secondary monitor of a dual-monitor display? Any of those things could cause QTP to mis-identify an object that it used to be able to easily identify.
