hw to enter txt in diff webedit txtbx of same name

hw to enter txt in diff webedit txtbx of same name?

I have 20 webedit box on the same page.
so m using regular expression e.g.

    studio-input-\d{7}

but when i run the script it shows that there are more than one webedit box on the page.
(i m using regular expression because last seven digit change at every refresh)

so how can i enter text in different webedit boxes on the same page for which m using regular expresion?

    thanx in advance

Create a webedit obj description and use child objects to get the handle of each webedit and enter the data.
    OR
Use the index property, look up ordinal identifiers for more information
    Cheers

    Hai parvesh,

Use index and then check whether you can specify value for different webedit.

If above doesn't work then try index as well as regular expression combination.

    Thanks
The issue what you have listed does not exist, works fine in my machine- stupid comment from the developer

From QTP press F1, by default contents tab will be shown type child objects and click on enter. You can find many sample scripts there.

    Thanks

It's in the ordinal identifier section cut off at the bottom of your screen shot. And you can specify that manually. Set the type to Index, then set a number, highlight the object to see if it matches, if not change the number until you have the right object.
