    Using multiple IE windows

    Hi,
I'm facing a small issue which i'm sure you qtp experts out there will solve in a jiffy...
My script invokes IE and tries to navigate to a URL. But if at that particular instance, i have 2-3 other IE instances open, the script stops there itself. If there's no other IE window open, then the script runs perfectly. How do i go about identifying that particular IE window.

Im using the following script :
    Set IE = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
    IE.Visible = True
    IE.Navigate URL
    If Browser("manage").Dialog("Security Alert").Exist(1) then
    Browser("manage").Dialog("Security Alert").Activate
    Browser("manage").Dialog("Security Alert").WinButton("Yes").Click
    Set IE = Nothing
    End If
    Browser("manage").Page("login").Sync

    Re: Using multiple IE windows

For this code running, you must have created object repository to add the Browser and Page.
In OR for the browser add the title property and give the suitable browser name. If required use regular expression.

    Re: Using multiple IE windows

or u can use the creation time in the object repository to identify the window you want.

    browser a = creation time 0
    browser b = creation time 1

    And so on
