I have table checkpoint which has multiple rows which are always dynamic, I have the values in the global datatable which are retrieved from the database, now I need to make a check for values in table checkpoint against the global datatable,
first row is fine in the table checkpoint, now to check the values in the consequent rows in the table checkpoint how can I move the pointer of the global datatable to the next row ?
You can move the global sheet pointer, but you rarely want to. You would do so with the SetCurrentRow() combined with a GetSheet() to make sure you were setting the current row of the global sheet.
Instead, there is a better way:
Put this checkpoint into a reusable action, all by itself. Move the data from your global table to the local table for this script. Run the script so that it calls this reusable action and makes the reusable action run on all iterations.
When it's done checking your table, control returns to the calling script and your global datatable is still on whatever iteration it was on when the reusable action was called.

I got what you said, but I actually don't want my whole script to loop for so many times, I have the table checkpoint at the end of the script, now the web table has let's say 10 rows, the checkpoint should check values in all the rows of the web table against the values in the global table...
