Run-Time Data Table - Blank/Non-Existent?
I have a pretty complicated script that was originally written for the purposes of testing the process of creating customers in a Terminal Emulator application. I have recently copied that script and tweaked it so that it can be used as an automated method for creating multiple test customers (whose attributes are read from an imported excel spreadsheet using ImportSheet). The idea being that we could allow the process overnight and load hundreds of cusomters into our test envionrment. The last step in the script is to Export the results (inclusive of several randomly populated fields) to another spreadsheet using ExportSheet.
The issue is two-fold:
1) I had a problem a few weeks ago in which a "General Run Error" was sometimes thrown by the ExportSheet method. I made modifications that appeared to correct this issue... except that now it happens again whenever I set the parameters of the script to generate 15 or more customers. It does not happen when I run the process for only 3 to 5 customers.
2) Since I am saving the results to my Quality Center project, this wouldn't be a big deal, except that when I review the results via QC using the "Launch Report" button and I see the "Test Results", the "Run-Time Data Table" is not populated. Rather, I get an error message that reads "The file <long file name> does not exist."
I'm guessing that these two events are related. Perhaps the failure of the ExportSheet method is because, for some reason, the Run-Time Data Table (which actually consists of several tabs realted to the several actions within the script) is not being created as expected.
Anybody have any similar issues?
(This is with QTP 9.5)

Just a hunch, but perhaps your QC server is running low on disk space? Things do start to act quirky like that when that happens.
