I no longer have the pleasure or the pain of working with QTP at my current company (I now dabble with LoadRunner using the Winsock protocol--no ride in the park, let me tell you...). I will continue to contribute to this forum as long as I can do so competently, but as QTP advances over time that will surely taper off.
BTW, TReddy is a good choice. Its great that those with QTP skills are willing to dedicate free time to further this forum's value to others.
Winsock is the "assembly language", last chance cutout for LoadRunner. When what you are trying to load test (on our case a proprietary TCP IP message) supports no higher level protocol understood by LR. You count message buffer bytes to "debug" your message syntax errors. Loads of fun...
