    store it in QC or on a available network share and assign the library to each test where its needen (test ressources...)

    Put your functions into a VBS or QFL file on a shared drive and declare them to your tests as associated library files. It's all in the manual.

    Bear in mind that the level of fault tolerance and documentation needs to be higher with shared code than with your own private stuff, have naming and coding standards, and make sure everyone knows they exist so they don't go writing their own regardless.
