Iam trying to record a scenario on CRM-IC Interaction Center Web Client using QTP.This is how it happens:

In CRM SAP Easy Access page,
In OKCode edit box,
Enter IC URL,
Click Enter.
IC webclient opens.
We have to record a scenario to create a service ticket.

When trying to record this, a popup message "The scripting is not enabled on xxxxxx server" is displayed(This problem can be solved)

When clicked on OK button in popup message

It is going to IC and the script is recorded.

My question is....
Do we have to install any seperate Add-ins? (SAP Addin and WEB addin are checked currently)

Please help me inthis regard.
