I think something happened to my Help files. When I click the Help--> QuickTest Professional Help in the toolbar, nothing happens. Is there somewhere where I can download the help files? Thanks.
Goto QTP installation folder and search for *.chm files.
Also try to run QuickTestProfession.bat file from bin directory of the installation folder.
You may be able to replace chm files from your install disk/folder. Short of that, I think re-install is the option. Have you checked your help folder? Is GeneralHelp.chm in there?
A good rule of thumb is to never measure with your thumb.
In my help folder GeneralHelp.chm is there, but it won't open. I guess is reinstall my only option?
