Creating list boxes in vbscript
In vb since there is a gui interface I could create the list boxes. How do I create list boxes in vbscript? This is for user to select a particular item from the list.
This is the requirement----
We have been having problems executing all our QTP tests from QC. Now we are thinking of opening our tests from QTP and post the results to QC.
If we need to open the test from QTP we would like to give users the option of selecting a particular
QC test set and then select 1 test or multiple tests in the test set. So, for this we need to create a web dialog with 2 list boxes.
Please let me know if I confused with the requirement. Some body should have tried before?????
Thanks again for your time.
Re: Creating list boxes in vbscript
You can't really use QTP to run QTP tests. As soon as it opened a test to run, it wouldn't have a way to return to your control test.
You can use QC's OTA API and QTP's AOM controlled through your own vb app or hosted inside something like excel. There are other apps out there like mult-test manager as well. But QC generally is the preferable way to run. What sort of problem are you having?
