HP QTP License Issue
I facing a problem in my new QTP license. I am already working with 4 license which our company bought some time back all of which are from different versions when I check the first license was from QTP 6.5 and the latest is QTP 9.5 the last updated Sementel LM version 8.0.2. I installed my new license as per the instruction given by HP telephone support team. But my LM is not recognising and the count of license does not show the newly added license. I have problem in accessing the new license from the client. I have set LSHOST in the client machines. But no use. I am not sure what I should do to make the new license work. Please help!
