My QTP scripts were developed using IE6 and we recently migrated to IE7. Some tests ran successfully and some of them hangs up. QTP is having trouble finding some objects. Is QTP ready for IE7. Can some one please reply?
We've had issues with QTP 9.5 and IE7 specifically regarding simple tasks like .Navigate and .Back, as well as GetROPRoperty on a browser's hwnd property (in order to use a BrowserMaximize function in pillaged from this forum somewhere).
The same exact code works all the time on some of our machines, works sometimes on some machines, and never works on other machines, all of which are the same model of Dell desktop PC with the same initial setup image.
We're stumped, and HP tech support is stumped.

Thanks for your responses. I am using QTP 9.5. Objects like Link,Web Edit, getroproperty(text),webelements are the one's I am having issues with. I am yet to find out more. However some tests runs fine for the same objects.
