How to run the services in another machine

    Hi Friends,
We are automating the scripts for .NET application.
We have a scenario to schedule the item for the specified date & time. Once we schedule, user should restart the Service which is running in application server.
    Example:
Machine1: Client machine with QTP installed
Machine2: Application server(where service is running)
My dev team has written the code to restart the service for every 25 mins.Is there any way available to restart the service running in application server using QTP(when ever i run this script)

    Thanks in Advance
    Thanks

Look at "net start" and "net stop" commands on google. They can be used to start or stop on a remote machine. Provided you have the privileges configured for the same

    to stop a service:

sc \\YourServername_here\ stop "Your Service Name her"

    to start a service:

sc \\YourServername_here\ start "Your Service Name her"
