I have a WebElement inside a webtable. I just need to use the fireevent onmouseover on that..
but seems like no mouse event is working on the webelement. Not even simple click..
I used the highlight to see if i am trying to click on the right webelement or not. And it highlights the right element..
I am not able to understand what the hell the problem is.
following is the the code i am using
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
set table = Browser("Human Resource Management").Page("Human Resource Management").Frame("resourceframe").webTable("name :=detail")
Set detail = Table.ChildItem(2,2,"Image",0)
detail.click ' NOTHING HAPPENS
detail.FireEvent "onmousedown" ' nothing happens
I also tried putting wait in between but nothing...
please help me....
thnx in advance..
I don't make the software, Rather I make it better.
My Blogs: All About Automation Spell Checker
GoTo->Tools-->WebEvent Recording config--> Increase "Event Level Config" to medium or high
Now record the mouse operation on web element
hey thnx for the reply...
But it's not working...
nothing is happening...
use this way.

I just forget to paste the one line in the code... ( how i can be so dumb !! )
Yeah I use the child item to get the WebElement.
