PegaRules and QTP 9.2
I have reviewed previous posts relating to Pega. For those that had posted relevant information - Thank you!
I would like to get some advice on how I should proceed about handling webtables. Here is the situation:
- I have a list that has 4 columns. Columns 1, 2, 3 are WebElements giving general information. Column 4 is a WebList.
- The information that is displayed in this table is dynamic, depending on additions and deletions.
At the recording time, I may have selected row 5 to make a change in the WebList. For reference, let us use Column 1 as the "User Name".
I want to modify the script so that I can find or search for the known User Name so that I can make a change in the WebList. Because the information is dynamic, the recording may have indicated the WebList was on row 5 but days later, due to additions and modifications, the information is now located in row 14.
I also understand that there is an issue with the scrolling, in the event the data is "not visible without scrolling for it". Does anyone have a work around on this issue?
Thanks in advance!
Re: PegaRules and QTP 9.2
set obj=WebTable object
For i = 1 or 2 to obj.RowCount '1 if the table doesnt have a header and 2 if the table has a header
If cobj.Getroproperty("innertext") = UserName Then
