I've been delegated to the task of finding a good program to use for source/revision control of QTP scripts. I really don't see any way of doing this other than CVS, which has been ruled out.
My company uses TFS as their core Source Control application. I'm wondering has anyone had any success using TFS and if so, how?
Also, anyone else have any suggestions/recommendations for source control of scripts that they've used??

you can even use VSS or any traditional source control software. I am not sure about the role of QC in this ...
QC at the best can be a "mere" repository with some workflow capabilities. Beyond that QC is a show case peice.
We are trying to use Borland StarTeam for version control .. and it is going good. If you are looking at IDE integration in QTP so that you can do a check-in check out from QTP ... I am not sure if there such feature available ...
