The license server does not have a valid QuickTest
All of a sudden yesterday my users are getting the following message when loading QTP 9.5 with 20 concurrent licenses, managed on a Windows 2003 server.
"The license server does not have a valid QuickTest Professional license. For more information about installing a license server and floating licenses on your network, please refer to the QuickTest Professional Installation Guide."
It was running fine all day and now we get this message. I have done the following.
1. Re-added all the license keys.
2. Uninstalled Sentinel LM and reinstalled. Re-added all the keys.
Has anyone seen this before? Is it possible I got a bad license key? Or even though the Key is not supposed to expire, it has? I cannot find any documentation on this error. I have created a support ticket with HP but they are always slow in returning calls.
Thanks for the assistance.
Re: The license server does not have a valid Quick
QTP setup comes with some license utils. You can use them to check the status of any given license key. Try using them
