While running WinRunner(8.2) testcases from Quality Center(9.0), i am getting "memory could not be written" errors on multiple machines. Sometimes we also get "memory could not be read".
So if somebody has already encountered such errors and have resolved them, please help asap.
Thanks in advance.
best first step would be to make sure you log a call with HP/Mercury support
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
I did that and they are not able to figure out the exact cause. So i want to hear from members here if they have encountered such issues and how they resolved them.
What happens when you get these errors? Is a dialog displayed? What happens if you click any buttons on the dialog? Does WinRunner crash?
