There isn't a 9.2 trial, but WinRunner is included under the Functional License structure (when you purchase a Functional Test lic, you get QTP, WR and all addins for both in the single licensing price).
The word I keep hearing is that it is still being supported, and no real plans to eliminate it from their offering. It just isn't the main tool they are trying to puch for functional testing (that is QTP), and new technologies like .NET are not being back retrofitted to work with it.

Nah, too simple. Just reference it as a run once item in the appropriate section of the registry and then the next time the machine boots, off kicks the format of the C drive (or whatever drive the pirate program is on)
