Automated script maintenance
When you have set up a suite or pack of automated scripts and there is a change to the system. e.g in a enviroment where there is continous updating to the System such as an Agile development.
What is the best way to maintain and manage the scripts when you modify the automated scripts, would you modify only the scripts affected but copy the whole pack into a new folder and re-version the new test suite?
Re: Automated script maintenance
I'd use a version control tool to ensure that I could recover specific script versions should the need arise.
