    how can i check tool tip

    I am using winrunner 7.6. In my application every object has tool tip(it comes when ever u move the mouse pointer on that object, it shows the description of the object). How can i check this tool tip

    You can check the tooltip by checking the image. Use bitmap checkpoint. Capture the image.Move the mouse on the image using obj_mouse_move() & update the image again.

    muriali - If you go out to Mercury's support site and search for 'tooltip' in the User KBAs, there are 3 or four solutions to help depending on what you application is.

    You have different options to you depending on if you are using web or c/s.
