You can execute the stored procedures using the db_* functions as Jake has said, there is also a tool from MS that you can use called OSQL that will allow you to execute commands against a DB, and pipe the output to a text file via the WR command dos_system()

If you are referring to the OSQL application I mentioned, the link provided will give you all the documentation you need for it. Piping in DOS is the use of the ">" character after the command and a file name to send the output to instead of the console window.
