If you use Quality Center or Test Director - then you can schedule through that application.
If not, atleast on windows, you can can look into the Control Panel and set up a scheduled task for a .bat file that will launch WinRunner as needed (and that is in Chapter 36 before you ask).
As for running your scripts on Unix - that would need XRunner if that is still supported rom Mercury.

I want to schedule all my scripts to run in batch mode. I have some problem in scheduling it to start executing my scripts in the night.
And also is it possible to run my scripts on UNIX machines
