Access via com object to: MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP
Winrunner. Any pointers to a sample snippet would be appreciated.
I'm trying to talk to a com object "MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP". In short, I'm trying to POST SOAP messages to this object. I've found the article on qaforums "xml within winrunner" but hoped someone had experience/sample on accessing the specific object: "MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP".
I have Winrunner Com support installed (based on Mercury article 4850) but I'm having trouble mapping some ASP/C code into Winrunner to make a call.
The commented lines are the ASP/C code that work, I'm trying to translate this into Winrunner-ease!
Thanks for any help!
#set xmlhttp = server.Createobject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP")
rc = load_com("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP", xmlObj);
#xmlhttp.Open "POST", posturl, False
#xmlhttp.setRequestHeader "Host", SoapServer
#xmlhttp.setRequestHeader "Content-Type", "text/xml; charset=utf-8"
#xmlhttp.setRequestHeader "SOAPAction", "http://tempuri.org/GetTaxFreight"
#strResponseXML = xmlhttp.responsetext
Re: Access via com object to: MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP
Kinda guessing here:
I wonder if you need to load a dll and call the methods from within your WRun script (the same methods you have listed). ???
