I was curious if there was a way to programmatically suppress messages from being printed in the results file.
Our framework uses custom error handling through defined tsl exceptions. These exceptions are turned on and off in various user defined functions using exception_on and exception_off. Unfortunately, our results file is getting bogged down with the 'Exception On' and 'Exception off' messages when several of these user defined functions are called from within a script.
Anyone know of a way to stop em from being passed?
see if you are not interested in looking at the results file then you can write your own results module through which you can update into your respective file like .xls / .txt which ever you are comfortable instead of depending on WR Report
We use the same thing in our suite

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">Tried this before posting...should have included that in original post. Messages of this type aren't one of the filter options. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
