How can i incorporate my winrunner script for build.
Anyone who could help me. Here is my question. How can i incorporate my winrunner scripts to run when a build (i mean a new build for the application) is created? Is there sort of a batch file to open the script or running it after a build so i wouldn't do it manually by going inside winrunner and manually running it after every build? The build is created in Visual Studio and the whole package being build in Wise Installer. So after this the script should run.
Re: How can i incorporate my winrunner script for build.
Read chapter 36 of the user guide (Runing Tests from the command line).
And here's the sample taken out of this guide:
C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\WinRunner\WRUN.EXE -t C:\batch\newclock -batch_on -dont_quit_run
The test newclock is loaded and then executed in batch mode with WinRunner minimized. WinRunner remains open after the test run is completed.
