I have a floating license for the Java add-in, and am the only one that uses it. If WinRunner crashes, I either have to wait a long time or logout and login again to get the license working. Otherwise, when WinRunner starts up, it says Java(no license) and I cannot select it. Now I know about the crvw.exe file, and I close that so I can get back into WinRunner, just not the java add-in. I also close the java add-in javasu~1.exe. Anything else I can do to get the license working immediately?
Does this have to do with the java support activation tool? What exactly does that do?
