I have a list box in which i should enter almost 500 account numbers at a time. each account number must be seperated by comma. we have to store all the values for account number in csv format.
suppose if there are 500 rows in the data table for account numbers,how do i take all the values from the data table and seperate this with comma and display all the 500 account numbers in the list box?
Re: list box.
Loop through your table rows using the usual ddt_ techniques. For each value returned, append it to a variable preceded by a comma:
myVar = sprintf("%s,%s", myVar, thisRowsValue);
After you finish the loop, strip off the first comma with:
myVar = substr(myVar,2);
Use myVar for the list of values in your list box function. Note, however, that 500 list items in one string will probably be way too large for the default WR string size, so see this thread.
