Winrunner and Testdirector folders
In TestDirector the root test path is TD//Subject//Tests
I want my users to be able to create a subfolder of 'Tests' and copy a script called 'Template' into it. This is easy enough.
Let's say a user creates TD//Subject//Tests//TEST1 and copies 'Template' into it. When they run 'Template' I want it to be able to figure out what folder it's in.
If we take TD//Subject//Tests as a given that can be hard-coded, is there any way for a WR script to find out the TEST1 part of the directory? I need to use this as a value later on.
Re: Winrunner and Testdirector folders
While running the scripts that are saved in the Test Director. The scripts are first downloaded to your local PC and then they are executed so you can get the local path and not the path of the Test Director.
The best way would be to save the path in a Global variable that can be used.
