Does anyone know how to find and define the logical name of the window that you want to act on using this function (win_get_info)? I looked this up in the TSL Online Reference guide and came up empty. I think that I want the function to work on NT Explorer but do not know how to call it.
Any help would be appreciated.
The logical name gets created when the window is in the GUI map. Until then, I guess you could use a physical description with win_get_info, but I haven't tried it.
I am using the 'win_get_info' function to isolate a memory leak and fix it. Does anyone know....can I add something that isn't in a window to a GUI map? Specifically, can I refer to the 'explorer.exe' in the Task Manager which I think has a memory leak? Up until now I have fixed the leaks in the Internet Explorer and the WinRunner application.
