test web application with winrunner
I need to get the page response times by using winrunner, does anyone have any idea where to start? There is no mercury tutorial for web testing. Thanks.
Re: test web application with winrunner
Probably the simplest thing would be something like:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;">start = get_time(); # current time in seconds
web_link_click(linkID); # or other applicable function
rc = web_sync(maxDelayTime);
finish = get_time();
if(rc != E_OK)
message = "Page did not finish loading after " & maxDelayTime & " seconds!"
message = "Page finished loading after & " finish - start & " seconds."
report_msg(message);</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">
