What is the difference between GU_add() and GUI_buf_set_desc_attr. What exactly it does?
I am using GUI_buf_set_desc_attr . Sometimes, i can see that my gui map is changed accordingly and sometimes it is not changing. Iam not able to reproduce this problem.
WHEN to use GUI_add and GUI_buf_set_desc_attr ? Is there any restriction ?
I am using this function in my main script.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,

GUI_ add is to add an object to the GUI map file. but GUI_buf_set_desc_attr
is to set a specific property of an object which is alredy exists in GUI map
