Is it possible to generate TSL script (no recording or minimum recording) ?
I am exploring the possibility of generating scripts.
I do the following.
1. Capture the various test requirements
2. based on the testing requirements of the user I generate the scripts using another programming language to add/delete gui map, creating input data .......
3. I run the scripts in 'debug'mode and compare the gui properties at runtime with gui map properties.
Has anyone tried this ?
any comments on this aspect ?

Is it possible? Sure. Certify is out there and that's what it does (along with other languages). But why do that? You do realize how much programming you're going to have to do, right? Why not just create a DDE using the TSL language instead of adding the extra level of having another language generate the WinRunner TSL code?
