Actually, you just need to do a custom install that will install only the
web.z file. If you are connected to the internet, it will do it all for you.
Otherwise, store it in a known location and when the install gets to that
point it will ask you to browse to it's location.

Well, I was trying to avoid the re-installation. I was trying to figure out
whether I could upgrade just WebTest leaving the rest untouched.
Anyways, I am running the update.exe now which automatically downloads the
available updates and installs.
