    Recording F-keys

    User pruscoe (pruscoe@essilorusa.com.nospam) posted:

Sorry if this is a dumb question - can't find the answer in
documentation. How can I (in fact, CAN I) get WR to record F-key
depressions? Out of the box, it appears to ignore them (except its
    own hot keys, of course!)

    Re: Recording F-keys

Normally WinRunner should record function keys on the object they were typed (e.g. obj_type ("Edit","<kF9>") )
If it doesn't you can use Analog recording for (type ("<kF9>") )

Try recordig the F-key entries in Analog mode, Winrunner will display the
recordings in terms of the TSL 'type<>' functions.
