for this u would write a small piece of code.
1) Open the file.
2) start from the first row and search till the end if the data is in
that Column Title with a say for loop.. As soon as u find the match
for the data return the loop variable which is the row count.
3) Close the file.
This is the easiest way that I can think of.

tbl_get_cell_data returns what's in a cell if you know the row and column.
You need to create a function that cycles through each row and cycles
through each column for each row.
