Running Tests in Batch Mode
Hi there everyone-
I have a set of Winrunner scripts, and I am looking to run the scripts overnight. I do not have Test Director, and what I wish to do is tell Winrunner to run the set of tests, one after another. Is there a way to do this? I know that from the General Options, Run Tab, I can set the files to run in batch mode, and surpress messages, but I only can find a means to open one test script, and run that script from the top...can I point Winrunner to a set of scripts?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Re: Running Tests in Batch Mode
You should be able to get the behavior you want by using the call function in WinRunner.
Call "c:\\the path to the test\test 1"()
Call "c:\\the path to the test\test 2"()
Call "c:\\the path to the test\test 3"()
This example would run the three tests in succession than loops back and calls the test again. The loop specifies that the batch test should call the test 5 times.
