Test case export to TD
User (firstname.lastname@example.org) posted:
We are currently automating our testing & starting usage of Test
Director. We wish to export the test cases that we use for manual
testing to the TD database into a tree structure that we have
created. eg Folder A, with subfolder "a", with a sub-subfolder "1".
I wish to place the test case in sub-subfolder "1".
However,on exporting it, the test case is created as a major folder.
(at the A level).
Can anybody let me know how i can export the test case directly to
the required destination in Test director???

I still have problems with this so I simply export the test, click the Test
button next to the name of the test and it will export it to the Unattached
brank of the test tree in the Test Plan section of TestDirector (I'm
assuming you are running 6.02, otherwise disregard this email). Then simply
copy and paste or move into desired folder.
