That's actually the beauty of the GUI map. The investment in the GUI map is
miniscule compared to the investment in all of the scripts. By creating GUI
maps for each different language to be supported, and making sure that the
logical names are the same, it is pretty simple to test your different
versions. Simply load the correct GUI map for the language being used.

That being said, I have not had a project using WR where I did that.
However, I did have one with QA Partner (Now Silk) where we did exactly that
with the test frames (Segue's version of the GUI map.) It was a resounding
success. I have often hoped to run into such a project with WR, as the GUI
map design has a few advantages over the test frame.

We r currently using Silk Test for webtesting and
would like to switch over to WR. Guess we need to have
Webtest addin for that
But our primary concern is Internationalisation. Does
WR support Internationalisation?
Do I need to read all GUI maps again if I use a
different language pack?
If someone knows the answer do update me on this
