Beginner or Advanced Class?
I need opinions from those you have experience in WR. I'm new to this product, used it for a month though but have not encountered much problems in scipting. I want to know how to use database checking. My company is going to send me for training with MI. Should i attend the beginners' class or advance?I only have a choice.
Re: Beginner or Advanced Class?
If you understand a programming language or two, and have had no problems with WinRunner in the last month, you may be ready for the Advanced class.
Review the course outline for each of the courses. If the outline of the Beginner class looks completely familiar to you, then go for the Advanced.
On the other hand, if you aren't comfortable with everything you see in the Beginner class outline, then take the Beginner class. You can probably ask a few advanced questions along the way, and pick up what you need for now. Then maybe the next budget will allow you to attend the Advanced class (if you decide you still need it).
Best of luck,
