Then declare function:
extern int MRegGetStringValue(in int, in string, in string, out string);
Use it as follows:
All functions should use the same structure (depending on what it does)
1st parameter = is the root key (ex: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or its id: 2).
2nd parameter = is the path to the key (ex: \Software\Microsoft\...).
3rd parameter = is the key label.
4th parameter = is the key value.

I checked this script and from first look it was looking like he isn't
after a sort investigation I found the txt file that he use is in
Unicode format (we need ansi)
so I use a VB script to convert this file
I send you a zip of all the files
the VB and the bat files need to be at C:'\
