When I used the XonNet (or Exceed) Unix emulators from WinNT I have not
loaded any special funcitons nor any add-ons. I have not used TE_XXXXX
commands for the XonNet windows. I simply used one terminal window to
write my commands a few string functions to wait for special messages
and so on...
What I did though before using XonNet is that I configured it through
it's control panel so that it will open a terminal window immediately
after being invoked. Also I think it has to be set on "Multiple Window"
in one of it's settings. The commands that I wrote to the emulator were
very basci win_type() commands. If TE_XXXX commands are better then be
my guest... use them and be sure to let me know if they are indeed
better and if there is a special way of using them.
