I'm wish to "reset" everything to its origial
settings. I've saved a lot of new settings so each time i run a new
recording, i got back the same errors which i never had before. Maybe
i carried out too many "experiments" and since i know better what i'm
doing now, i want to startover. Thank you!

when you uninstall WinRunner, you need to go to the registry and delete all
instance of Mercury and tulip then re-install.

This is probably because you did not completely uninstall WR. You have to
uninstall using the remove software option from the control panel and then
delete the WR installation directory (Mercury Interactive -> Winrunner) to
completely remove WR from the system
