each time you close WinRunner and re-open it you need to execute the GUI_add function. I would recommend that you put the function into a start-up script so that you do not have this problem in the future.
I use a GUI_add function to change the class of an existing GUI object(classbject) to edit class.
When I run the script the class is changed to edit.
But when I record anything on that object it generates only obj statements and and not edit* statements.
Why is that?
Also I obseved when I spy on the object (selecting Recorded properties) it shows the object as class edit.
But when I spy on the object(selecting All properties) it shows the class as object .
Please do help me.
