    Project database connection

    User Rohit Gupta (rgupta@tcg-software.com) posted:
    Hi all..

I am using WinRunner 6.0 and Test Director 6.0
    1) I have created a new common project (MS Access) using TD.While trying
to execute tests on a remote host, it shows error message saying "no
database connection". But, for older projects it does not show any error
    and executes the tests.
I could not find any clue in users guide.

    2) In Winrunner, Tools-->Test Director Connection, when i connect to test
director server, it only shows older projects , but not showing this new
    project i created.

Can anyone help me with this.
    Regards
    Rohit

did you open the TestDirector Server Manager and rebuild the project list?
If you do not rebuild the project list you are not going to see the new
    projects you added.

In the following example, WinRunner creates the "query1" database session
and establishes a connection to an ODBC database using the "DSN=Flight32"
    connection string.

    db_connect ("query1","DSN=Flight32");

    Straight out of documentation.
