This could be referring to WR system setting that can be accessed with
getvar() and setvar(). Or it could refer to the [WrEnv] section of the
wrun.ini file that can be accessed with getenv(). Also getenv() will read
system environment variables, like PATH, TEMP and all the others you can see
and set from a command prompt (DOS prompt).
those are parameters that are in the Wrun.ini file.
You can get them by getenv(); function for example.
Also environment variables can be the currently set timeout of a
web_synch() function which can also be found by getvar(); function.
