When you start WR there should be a small window that appears and
displays all of the add-ins you have available. VB should come with
the standard install of WR.

All you have to to use the add in is check the Visual Basic check box
when WR is invoked. If you do not see the add in window then go to
manager" then enter 10 in teh seconds box. From there click OK and
exit WR. When you restart WR the Add-in manager will be visible and
you should be able to select the VB add-in from there.
