winrunner db problem

I have created a data source and attempting to connect to db2 database.
THough I'm able to connect to the database from outside, it gives me a
problem when I connect it using winrunner, it says
"unhandled exception from TSL main loop - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION: THe
thread to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have
the appropriate access."

That seems to be a very common error in WR 7.0
A quickie fix that seems to work so far for me is to copy the contents of
the script, delete that script folder, then open a new blank script with the
same name and past the old script to the new empty script. Set the script
type and continue. What have done to make this easier is create a .BAT file
that will re-create all the .asc files in the script folder. This may or may
not work for you but it seems to keep the crashes to less than 5 a week for
me. I was crashing with this error about 8 times a day...
Here's the bat file. It needs to be placed in the script folder. This bat
file will modify these files: lock, def, crvx.asc, and tm.asc. These files
are not too important so no need to back them up, unless you use
TestDirector, where they may be important.
