How to delete a file using TSL?

I have created some files using file_open. I have no trouble using file_close, file_printf, and file_getline. What I would like to do is delete the file using TSL, without using a system call (e.g. system( del myfile) )

    Thanks in advance

Re: How to delete a file using TSL?

Download and install Mercury's CSO library functions. It has several basic file manipulation routines, and I believe deleting a file is one of them. You can get this function library from their FTP site :

    ftp:\\ftp.merc-int.com\pub\WinRunner\cso

Look for a file named CSOLIB.ZIP (or something like that).

You can also refer to TAN #2445 on Mercury's support site.

You have even simpler : in the WinRunner samples, in "utils\ext_func\tests" you have a compiled module with a function called "file_delete".
