It could be a stupid question but I have to ask you guys. How can I find out what are the ports that TD is using? I'm administrating 3 TD servers and some users from another country can't access 2 servers. After a long discussion we have been asked to provide the ports that TD uses so that another team can grant access on this ports when using the VPN connection. I've searched the forum and some documents but I didn't find anything.
I've searched the local folders and files on my computer for any server settings and found out some dll and ocx files. Also there's an application TDComandProtocol on which I wasn't able to find anything. What does this application?
Thanks for reading this and for any reply.

I could be mistaken, but TestDirector should be using the standard HTTP ports. Unless you've changed your configuration, that means port 80 for non-SSL access. I forget the default SSL port.
Are your users able to open the standard TestDirector home page? Not the page that opens the client, but the one with links to TestDirector, Site Admin, etc. If they can't see this page, it's definately a web issue and nothing related to TestDirector. If they can't access the TestDirector client, they may not have the appropriate permissions to install the ActiveX controls used by TD.
